The Kick-off Meeting was held online on 05.31.2022, where the following organizations attended:

• Bildungswerk der Sächsischen Wirtschaft gGmbH – BSW
• University of Thessaly – UTH
• Formac
• InnovED
• Fundación Antonio Bustamante – FAB
• Fondazione SMA

During the day, the organizations were presented and the project was presented to all partners.
Subsequently, the partners were able to talk and share with each other the situation in each country, identifying problems and gaps in the training structures in the health sector.
In addition, the project logo was voted on and domains were proposed for the web page that will serve to collect all the information produced in the project.
